Our Approach

We meet donors where they are on their philanthropy journey to devise (or refresh) a charitable giving plan in four simple, but not always easy, steps.

  1. Strategy Meeting — New clients begin with a kickoff meeting to examine your core values and philanthropic motivations, how those relate to the issues and organizations you aim to (or already) support, and hone a charitable giving mission statement.

  2. Giving Budget and Structure — Together — and with counsel from your financial advisors — we’ll determine how much money you plan to donate and the right vehicle(s) for your giving.

  3. Research and Recommendations Meeting — We’ll research and identify great organizations and giving opportunities aligned with your priorities and make recommendations for where we think your investments can have the greatest impact.

  4. Stewardship and Impact Meeting — We’ll monitor the impact of your gifts, meet to reflect on outcomes, and refine your goals for future giving.
